Service Level Review & Policy & Bylaw Review (January 2024-Ongoing)
Hawken Consulting Group completed a Service Level Review with the Town of Provost from August- November 2024. This process involved establishing service levels for all departments and linking them to key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure performance over time. By doing so, future administrations will be able to align budgets with these service levels, providing clearer communication to Council on the direct relationship between costs and service delivery.
The team is currently doing a tailored review of the Town of Provost’s existing bylaws, and policies. Our process includes detailed analysis, staff consultation, and practical recommendations for updates or restructuring — all designed to reduce risk, support clarity, and improve day-to-day administration.
