Service Description
Set your newly elected or returning Council up for success with Hawken Consulting Group’s tailored orientation sessions. In alignment with Alberta’s Municipal Government Act (Section 201.1), we provide mandatory and enhanced training to ensure compliance, strengthen governance, and build a high-functioning Council team.

We offer flexible delivery options, including half-day, full-day, or multi-day sessions, covering:
